Why I am supporting Derek Wall for Deputy Leader and Caroline Lucas for Leader
As most Young Greens, I am sure, are aware, the Deputy Leader position of our Party is up-for-grabs, to be decided by vote at our Party Conference in Birmingham 10-13th September. Voting is already underway by post, but given the excellence of both Deputy Leader candidates, most are waiting for the hustings at Conference to finalise choices.
Cambridge City Council
I was deeply honoured to be elected to Cambridge's City Council on May 6th. It goes to show that despite the massive media squeeze our party felt in this election campaign, hard work from other Green councillors in a ward and personal effort and time spent on the ward pays off in the end.
Young Green elected to Cambridge Council
As well as celebrating the election of Britain's first Green MP, Caroline Lucas, Young Greens have welcomed the election of Adam Pogonowski, a Young Green in Cambridge.
