YG action weekend - March 15/16th:
Saturday 15 March is the Stop the War march: http://www.stopwar.org.uk
This will be followed by an evening Young Greens social (specifics tbc). There will be free accommodation provided by London YGs.

Young Greens Committee and Regional Officer positions up for grabs!
The Young Greens will be holding the hustings for committee and regional officer positons at the Conference in Liverpool, 13th-16th September 2007.
The following 10 Young Greens Committee positions are available:
- Female Co-chair
- Male Co-chair
- Treasurer
- Elections & Campaigns Co-ordinator
- Fundraising & Events Co-ordinator
- International Liaison Co-ordinator
- Media Officer
- Publications Officer (including newsletter)
- Student Support Officer (including membership)
- Website Officer
These positions can be held jointly and you can also recruit volunteers to help you cover your remit. All the positions are a fantastic way of getting involved at a national level and gaining experience.
If elected you are committed to attend Committee meetings which take place every 2 months in a different part of the country.
