Conference

Come and find out the Green Party works...

The Green Party holds two conferences every year - a Spring Conference and an Autumn Conference. Conferences are the main chance for members to meet each other, share ideas, vote on policy and change the direction of the party. Young Greens have become a lively presence at Green Party Conferences.

We organise our own shared accommodation and fringe meetings, and take an active part in conference business: from strategy debates and candidate hustings to late-night arguments on policy.

The next conference will be in Reading, March 2008.

Why don't you come? Bring friends or come on your own: it's always a really friendly occasion, so put it in your diary now.

Find out more from the Green Party conference webpage. For up-to-date information on all aspects of the Conference, including Young Greens accommodation, email admin AT younggreens.org.uk.

Advice for Conference Attendees

If it's your first time don't feel like you have to attend the plenaries, they're sometimes hard to follow, and you really need to prepare for them before the conference. If you want some info about how it all works, just go to the plenaries section.

If you dont understand something, where to go etc. just ask. Everyone is there to help and are very friendly.
