Green Party & Young Greens Policy
The Green Party aims to create a just, equitable and sustainable society. We focus our efforts primarily, though not exclusively, through the electoral system.
The Young Greens aim to make this vision accessible to young people who will have the energy and enthusiasm to pursue our goals.
The Green Party’s Statement of Core Principles is a short statement of the underlying thinking and motives behind our policies. Our Philosophical Basis elaborates on these values. The Manifesto for a Sustainable Society contains all the policies agreed at successive Green Party conferences. These are our main detailed policies and encompass around 124,520 words.
On this Young Greens’ Policy Website, we have tried to explain briefly some of the Green Party’s policies in a way that is relevant to young people.
